Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy
Rest in a gently pressurised chamber while breathing concentrated oxygen. Mild hyperbaric oxygen therapy increases the oxygen your blood can carry to your tissues, supporting the body's own recovery and repair.
Hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) means breathing concentrated oxygen while inside a chamber at higher-than-normal air pressure. The added pressure allows more oxygen to dissolve into your blood plasma, so more reaches your tissues than breathing normally would allow.
Our chamber delivers mild hyperbaric oxygen therapy (mHBOT): a lower, comfortable pressure than the hospital chambers used for emergency medicine. You lie or sit in the chamber, fully clothed, and simply relax, read or rest for the session. As the chamber pressurises you will feel a fullness in your ears, much like descending in an aeroplane.
Patients come to us for HBOT to support recovery after training, injury or procedures, and as part of a wider plan for energy and wellbeing. It pairs naturally with our other regenerative treatments, such as PAPIMI and red light therapy. Every course begins with a consultation to make sure it is safe and right for you.
