Condition
Rosacea
Rosacea causes persistent facial redness and visible blood vessels — laser and light therapy can calm and reduce its appearance.
Rosacea is a chronic skin condition affecting the face, causing redness, visible blood vessels and, at times, small red bumps. It typically develops after the age of 30 and can be triggered by sun exposure, temperature extremes, alcohol and stress.
We use laser and light-based therapy to target the dilated blood vessels beneath the skin, helping to calm redness over a course of treatment. Where medication may also help, this is something to discuss at consultation.
